2. Services

Barbería de las Estrellas provides barbershop services including but not limited to haircuts, beard grooming, coloring, and VIP packages. Service availability, pricing, and descriptions on our website are subject to change without notice.

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Appointments and Bookings

  • Booking: Appointments can be made through our website or by phone. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation.
  • Cancellations: We request that you cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment time. Repeated no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients.
  • Walk-ins: Walk-in clients are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

4. At-Home (Domicilio) Services

Our at-home service is available within the Miami, FL area. Additional terms apply:

  • Pricing for at-home services is provided on a per-quote basis and may differ from in-shop pricing
  • A suitable work area must be provided by the client
  • We reserve the right to decline service if the location is deemed unsuitable or unsafe
  • Travel fees may apply depending on distance

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Tips are appreciated but not required.

6. Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time
  • Coupons and discount codes are subject to expiration dates and usage limits

7. Chair Rental

For barbers interested in renting a chair at our location, terms are established through a separate rental agreement. Applications can be submitted through our "Únete" (Join Us) page.

8. User Conduct

When using our website and contact forms, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not submit spam, abusive, or harassing messages
  • Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
